A Sad but Fond Farewell to Dear Friends

Brentwood bid good bye with both sadness and gratitude this past Sunday to dear friends who have been worshipping and working with us for the past 8 months.  Emily is an ESL student from Korea and is returning home next month.  Wayne and Dawn Reid came to Vancouver from Jamaica.  Wayne has completed a year of study at St. Andrew’s Hall and Vancouver School of Theology to transfer his ministry credentials from the Moravian Church in Jamaica and the Caymens to The Presbyterian Church in Canada.  He has received a call to minister with Knox Presbyterian Church in Red Deer,Alberta.  We are most grateful for the many gifts these friends in Christ contributed to Brentwood while they were with us.  We wish them God’s richest blessing as they move on.
